FANTASTIC FOUR Sequel Changes Release Date

Following the big Star Wars Episode VIII and Rogue One announcement made earlier this week, 20th Century Fox has announced that Fantastic Four will now be released a week later than expected on June 9th, 2017 rather than the previously announced June 2nd, 2017.

You might not think that a week would make all that much of a difference, but this moves the sequel a whole seven days away from Rian Johnson's entry into the Star Wars franchise,. Ultimately, it's just a smart move to at least give Fantastic Four 2 a fighting chance to hit #1 at the box office.
