When Marvel Releases Footage They DO IT LIKE A BOSS!

Marvel have released a bunch of trailers and clips for their 2015 movies, Avengers: Age of Ultron and Ant-Man. Both awesome, intriguing and just MARVEL!!

The upcoming film, Ant-Man, stars Paul Rudd as Scott Lang, a thief who works with brilliant inventor Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) to pull off a heist that will save the world.

This trailer goes more in depth with the plot and especially Ant-Man’s powers, and it all looks fine. There’s just nothing particularly mind-blowing about this trailer until the very end when the humor, the style, and the premise come together to create something uniquely entertaining. I wish I was more excited for this movie based on this footage, but there’s not much here that really gets me geared up other than the cast. Also, I wish they would stop running from the name “Ant-Man”. It doesn’t sound any sillier than “Captain America” or “Spider-Man”. It’s just that we’re not used to it yet.

Check out the Ant-Man trailer below. The film opens July 17th, and also stars July 17th, and also stars Evangeline Lilly, Corey Stoll, Bobby Cannavale, Michael Peña, Abby Ryder Fortson, David Dastmalchian, Wood Harris, Judy Greer, Gregg Turkington, T.I., and John Slattery.

The next evolution of the Marvel Cinematic Universe brings a founding member of The Avengers to the big screen for the first time with Marvel Studios’ “Ant-Man.” Armed with the astonishing ability to shrink in scale but increase in strength, master thief Scott Lang must embrace his inner-hero and help his mentor, Dr. Hank Pym, protect the secret behind his spectacular Ant-Man suit from a new generation of towering threats. Against seemingly insurmountable obstacles, Pym and Lang must plan and pull off a heist that will save the world.

Marvel has released a new Avengers: Age of Ultron clip, and it shows 90 seconds of what fans have been dying to see since the first trailer: Hulk vs. Iron Man’s Hulkbuster armor. Marvel loves a good smackdown, and while those battles made up the climaxes of almost all Marvel: Phase One pictures, Phase Two has primarily been about taking down armies. While there will still be an army of Ultron drones to fight in the new movie, at least the MCU is throwing in another big brawl.

Check out the Avengers: Age of Ultron clip below, and click on the corresponding links for the film’s press conference, Kevin Feige talking about when his contract ends, and about Spider-Man. Avengers: Age of Ultron opens in 3D on May 1st, and stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner, Samuel L. Jackson, Elizabeth Olsen, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, and Chris Hemsworth.

Marvel Studios presents “Avengers: Age of Ultron,” the epic follow-up to the biggest Super Hero movie of all time. When Tony Stark tries to jumpstart a dormant peacekeeping program, things go awry and Earth’s Mightiest Heroes, including Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, The Incredible Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye, are put to the ultimate test as the fate of the planet hangs in the balance. As the villainous Ultron emerges, it is up to The Avengers to stop him from enacting his terrible plans, and soon uneasy alliances and unexpected action pave the way for an epic and unique global adventure.
