Ezra Miller Talks What Is The Motivation For Justice League On Set

Ezra Miller, The Flash, had an interview with MTV where he talked about the motivation that encourages the cast and crew of DC Films' Justice League to do their very best. He explains where this specific motivation originates from, and where it comes from is the negative reviews from DC's latest venture Suicide Squad.

“You needn’t look any further than the Suicide Squad director and cast response to the negative reviews to feel how negative critiques motivate us,” Miller said. “Ultimately, we can’t base anything on [the critical response]. As artists, we aim to please absolutely everybody with our work, but we also know that we have to keep expressing ourselves as best as we can express ourselves.”

As for the SKWAD haters, Miller had this to say: “It’s like that T.I. song, ‘Motivation.’”

SPOILERS FOR SUICIDE SQUAD
Miller had a quick(pun intended) cameo in Suicide Squad which was of the Scarlet Speedster capturing one of his enemies Jai Courtney's Captain Boomerang. It was reported that Zack Snyder, Justice League helmer, directed that cameo but Ezra clarified this.

“Saying that Zack [Snyder] shot it would not be accurate,” he said. “It was very much a collaborate effort that was supervised by DC. It was collaborative with David [Ayer].”

It's safe to say that when we see Barry Allen in Justice League he would've been Central City's hero for quite a while.

Fuelled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.

Justice League is directed by Zack Snyder and stars Henry Cavill as Clark Kent/Superman, Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne/Batman, Gal Gadot as Diana Prince/Wonder Woman, Ezra Miller as Barry Allen/The Flash, Jason Momoa as Arthur Curry/Aquaman, Ray Fisher as Victor Stone/Cyborg, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth, J.K. Simmons as Commissioner James Gordon, Amber Heard as Mera, and Willem Dafoe as Vulko.
