'Spider-Man: Homecoming' Star, Tom Holland Reveals Marvel Studios Contract Details

Tom Holland will be playing Spider-Man for quite a while it seems. Having made his first appearance as the friendly neighbourhood web slinger in this year's Captain America: Civil War and will make a full on appearance in Spider-Man: Homecoming, coming out next year, Holland has revealed just how many films he is signed on to do for now.

"They give you options and those could be exercised whenever. Like a cameo in Avengers," Holland says of his Marvel contract. "I'm unclear as to which movies though. I do know I have three Spider-Man [appearances in other] movies and three solo movies contracted. But if you have another movie, Marvel is so good at working around it. They’re very respectful of your life, really. They understand that you have to work on other movies, and they try and fix it up so you can work around each other."

Holland, while as of now not confirmed, will more than likely appear in 2018's Avengers: Infinity War and possibly the follow up on that film too. He will of course fulfil his duties for Spider-Man centric films too.

A young Peter Parker/Spider-Man (Tom Holland), who made his sensational debut in Marvel Studios' "Captain: Civil War," begins to navigate his newfound identity as the web-slinging superhero in "Spider-Man: Homecoming."

Spider-Man: Homecoming stars Tom Holland, Michael Keaton, Donald Glover, Jacob Batalon, Laura Harrier, Tony Revolori, Tyne Daly, Bokeem Woodbine, Marisa Tomei and Robert Downey Jr., produced by Amy Pascal and Kevin Feige, and written by  Jonathan Goldstein & John Francis Daley and Jon Watts & Christopher Ford and Chris McKenna & Erik Sommers.

Spider-Man: Homecoming will be released on July 7, 2017.
