'Power Rangers' Star Ludi Lin Joins Aboard 'Aquaman' Film

Warner Bros. have added another actor to their James Wan-directed Aquaman action-adventure film.

Chinese-born Ludi Lin, has been added to the first live-action Aquaman film as the DC Comics character of Murk. The character in the comics, is a close ally of Aquaman, who will be played by Jason Momoa, and leads an army from Atlantis called the Men-of-War.

The film, which is has already begun filming in Australia, has a cast that includes Amber Heard as Mera, Willem Dafoe as Nuidis Vulko, Patrick Wilson as Orm, Yahya Abdul-Manteen II as Black Manta, with Nicole Kidman as Atlanna and Temuera Morrison as Thomas Curry.

Aquaman is directed by James Wan from a script written by Wan, Will Beall, and DC Films co-head Geoff Johns. Producing the film is Zack Snyder, Deborah Snyder, Rob Cowan and DC Films' Jon Berg and Geoff Johns.

Aquaman is expected to release December 21, 2018.
